Our vitamin D Protocol is designed to be a simple and easy protocol to follow for the average person who has never done anything like this on their own. But is that all we do personally in our own lives? No, of course not. While taking high doses of vitamin D3 for the last 15 years has changed my life I was not lucky enough to have it resolve my symptoms of metabolic syndrome. So my personal protocol is designed to address these issues as well as satisfy my own personal fascination with the possible longevity benefits of this type of protocol.
Please be very careful moving forward and research each item individually to make sure it is safe for you before taking it yourself. This is where I have to say "please consult your doctor or health care professional before taking any supplement" for legal reasons. But we all know that was a waste of time.

Before coffee……..50 mg Magnesium Glycinate - This brand is easily snapped in half to take throughout the day
Zinc/Copper [15mg/1mg] - Using this Jarrows "Zinc Balance" Product
600 mg N.A.C. [Try this NAC or N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine]
30 mg of Lisinopril
Breakfast………....800 mg Quercetin with 165 mg of Bromelain [Using this NOW Foods product]
2,000 mg vitamin C - Using this Viva Labs Product
5,000 IU’s of Vitamin D3 [ Taking Vita Optimum 5,000’s ]
100 mg Magnesium Glycinate
Lunch……………..1,000 mcg Vitamin B12 [this is the methylcobalamin I am taking] - Vegan Option
